Animal Crossing: Wild World

Man I forgot about the Turnips. I never ever woke up early enough to buy the damn things. The one time I did, the turnips I bought all went bad. Goddammit.

Great to see the hype for the game is back. I'm struggling to think of a name for my town at the moment. I need a punning name that sounds worse each time you hear it.

That was great fun, trying to make a fat profit.

Wooooo! Just put my order in after I realised this was march for us here in europe! Crazy!

So yeah, all I need now is my Ds, before that i'm off to find masses of AC media, backgrouds and whatever, it's one of those games that I can hype as much as I want and still know the final item is going to give me all I ever wanted :)

A quick question for the folks who've used Tronix in the past: the general opinion seems to be that the Fedex option has been imprt tax free. But has anyone tried this when ordering two copies of something? I need to get a copy for my sister too, and I'd like it to come through tax-free! :)

I've been looking over the net in anticipation for this game, and found this decent thread on another website about possible businesses you could potentially run yourself in the game.

http://acforums.megadoomer.com/viewtopic.php?t=30805

This is so freaking exciting and the possibilities are endless, from being a mail order guy (you could take orders for furniture from other players and deliver it when you have it in stock for example) to renting out your house to others for parties (if you have a pimping apartment that is!)

I really need to keep this excitement under control.

THE DS AND WIRELESS GAMING WERE MADE FOR THIS GAME! :(

.::: It's only a rumour from jeuxfrance.com but appearantly ACWW has sold 300.000 copies since it's release on november 23. In comparison: Jump Super Stars sold 150.000 in the same timespan, and nintendogs 135.000.

Wow, if true.

PS: Can somebody rename this the 'official' thread?
