If you look on the second page of the rcon menu, you'll now see there are two new options for turning ETB on and off on the fly. For matches, do this before turning on war mode, as I doubt that war mode knows anything about ETB.

i jus did the rcon etb_active 0 that worked, but that saves me time

is it possible to put that command in the ed config so it all initialises at once?
