Was just listening to a wonderful Joe Bussard compilation that I forgot I owned, full of absolute gems. Perfect sunday evening fare, washing over sitting under a blanket with a drinky and a book and a hot water bottle.

Sad story. :(

"Yer sister was a teddy, yer daddy was a bear. Put some mutton on yer momma cause she had bad hair, now" :)

The voicework on this is just

Good ain't they?

Down In The Basement

JOE BUSSARD'S

Treasure Trove of Vintage 78s

1926-1937

:)

Old Hat Records, 2002. CD-1004.

Well worth grabbing a physical if you can source one; the digi-CD pack comes with an amazeypops 74-page booklet full of photos of Bussard's massive grin alongside his lovingly kept collection, as well as a ton of insight into the 24 different tracks and artists.
