I do like God Shuffled His Feet, a worthy album from the early 90s.

I'm currently going through my collection of 7" vinyl, which was bought mainly for the adornment of my bedroom wall rather than for playing on a turntable. This has meant that almost half of the stuff gone through today is completely new to me. T.Raumschmiere's "A Very Loud Lullaby" was exceedingly crap, for instance. Odd, as I liked another track by them that appeared on a Rough Trade compilation album.

Currently on in the background: Jason Mraz's "The Remedy". It's...pop. Almost.

I'm glad a friend of mine introduced me to Jason Mraz, really enjoyed the three albums thus far...

I'm listening to The Decemberists: Her Majesty The Decemberists. I have had this album for ages, but always put off listening to it. I'm absolutely charmed by it though. I love the storytelling nature of the lyrics and the simplistic attitude to creating musical tunes. Lovely stuff.
