I was on late shift tonight listening to that game on Five Live. I work in a lab. When that goal went in an engineer burst through the door because "I though someone had spilt acid all over themselves or something".

That was amazing to watch, just watched the highlights on tv - I was actually meant to go to the game with my father in law who is an Arsenal supporter but something came up meaning I could not go. I would have loved to have been there in person to see Henry score, incredible moment. Cannot see it on TV but apparently the Leeds fan applauded him when he came on which is a nice touch.

Now all I want is to see Paolo Di Canio come back to West Ham as Manager and then I'll be in heaven like you lot!!

I seem to remember them doing so (watched on ESPN), they were singing along with the Arsenal fans after the match too iirc, it just seemed to be one of those nights that stand up as a reason to love football regardless of who you support. The match itself wasn't brilliant, but everything else seemed to be perfect.

My daughter was watching Newsround this morning, and they showed the goal on that, I was hoovering at the time and just stopped, switched it off and have had a stupid grin on my face all morning since then (I was grinning like a loon last night too).
