You have to wonder how differently things might have turned out over the last five or so years had Diaby, Eduardo and Ramsey not suffered such horrific injuries. All off them were the result of idiotic, reckless borderline malevolent 'challenges'. All of them, perversely, at a time when the respective players were just starting to play a crucial role for Arsenal.

Ahh playing the what if game ....seriously dude get over it!

Funny how you get involved in a game. I started thinking well they have a much stronger team out, anything we can do is a bonus but after playing so well it was a real kick in the teeth to see that goal go in, especially as it seemed to be against the run if play. Unfortunately slightly predictable.

Oh well, the Ox looked good, I thought Miguel was solid as were the midfield pair. And Kos was immense.

Can you believe that corner? Who puts these fucking routines together?

It was the same against Fulham and Norwich - so many corners and free kicks hit the first defender.

Disappointing night but Ox-Cham and Frimpong looked really good. What's the story with Benayoun, is he any good? I've never been impressed with him.

Yes, they both look really good.

Benayoun was a really decent player, but he's not anything special any more. It looks like he's lost all his pace.

Yeah it was a good performance and it's a shame to lose to such a bunch of pricks (and Kolo Toure). I'm sure Wenger is aware already, but tonight has to highlight just how poor our forward options are. Park looks OK, but Chamakh is just bloody awful. He mopes about in such an apologetic manner it gets me down in the dumps just to look at his stupid face.

Lol @ the love for man city on sky sports.. Saying they deserved to win the game, they had one proper chance all game. And looked flat and sluggish for the entire game.

And dzenko man of the match? Frimpong and ox, kos to name 3 who where much much better!

I agree with all that. Seemed a bit over the top. It's all about scoring goals and winning but Mark "ex-Man City manager" Hughes and Jamie "my dad's Harry you know!" Redknapp seemed to be laying it on a bit thick.

Agree with the need to add some strength up top. Very accomplished performance by the rest of the team but well below par in attack, which is unusual for a Wenger team.
