My fault; combine my man-crush of Per with my putting money on a 2-1 Arse win means it was always gonna happen.

Theo and Song with our goals methinks.

Alex Song gives the ball away way too much for a player in his role.

Mistakes I can forgive, but when it comes of indulgent decision making I can't. It's really starting to irk me - made all the more frustrating by how strong other elements of his game have become.

Gervinho may frustrate but we haven't had a winger that beats players a regularly as him for a long time. I think he's brilliant.

Yes, this has been pissing me off too. For all the stick Per was getting (understandably) Song was the one who was getting on my tits the most.

Is anyone else starting to think Fabregas was a really shit captain? It might just be because RVP is amazing which is giving that impression, but we do seem to be becoming that little bit more likely to edge back into the lead than we did at any point in the last couple of seasons.

For me I think it's more that Gervinho and Arteta have improved the balance of Arsenal. Gervinho is able to run at players effectively - something we've not really had since Henry and Arteta is comfortable playing deeper. Feels like there's a good shape to the team, less predictable to play against then in recent seasons too.

Yea I agree with this. "Better" is such a subjective term but we are much more balanced this season than we have been for a while. Still not exactly setting the football world alight but it's another three points and we are no longer the crisis club. Feels good man.

Looking at the league table, this season is going to end very badly for three teams. There are basically seven teams fighting for the top four spots. Newcastle have Man Utd away then Chelsea at home next so we will know more about them after that. However, even assuming Newcastle fall away Man Utd and Man City seem to have 1st and 2nd wrapped up. So that leaves us, Chelsea, Liverpool and them fighting for 3rd and 4th. Scary. Long way to go...
