It's not just the fees from Fabregas, Nasri and to a lesser extent our other sales this summer that've gone missing, players like Adebayor, Toure, Eduardo etc. all added to an ever swelling pot. Using a bit of calculation,in the last 10 years we've made roughly £40m+ just from selling players. Of course that doesn't account for sign on fees and wages and whatnot, but it also doesn't include selling on fees. It'd be shit if we'd have broken even, but to have a negative net spend is absurd.
