For all Wenger's talk about stuff happening behind closed doors the only major signing is Gervinho who was in the press for weeks beforehand which implies that stuff isn't as behind closed doors as Wenger thinks, and there's only Jagielka out in the open which seems dead.

Hmm, if you watch the replay he was coming to cover, then retreated. By the time Nani broke he was well out of position. Not 100% his fault but you don't fuck about like that if it's the last minute and one defensive mistake could mean that you don't win a tro... ah.

I think Clichy was more to blame than Kompany was. He had a good 7/8 yards start on Nani, but then he suddenly had one of his last minute moments, you know the ones, the 'oh no, there's that round thing again, it's bounced really high, what do I do again?
