Sol Campbell makes his first European appearance for Arsenal since the 2006 Champions League final tonight at Estadio do Dragao. The Gunners are forced into several changes from the side which beat Liverpool in the Premier League. Lukasz Fabianski replaces the injured Manuel Almunia in goal, while former skipper Campbell partners Thomas Vermaelen at the heart of the defence and full-back Bacary Sagna came in for Emmanuel Eboue. Denilson comes into midfield for Alex Song, while Tomas Rosicky starts and Nicklas Bendtner leads the attack with Theo Walcott on the bench.

Considering he's behind Almunia and Fabianski in the pecking order I'd say he's pretty damn shite

Arsenal really need a decent keeper

Haha, go Sol!

I think Fabianksi is the worst keeper I have seen in 20 years watching Arsenal. He even makes Almunia look good. Our best keeper is 19 and plays for Brentford, where by all accounts he's been really good. Fuck all use to us now.

Clichy has obviously been kidnapped and replaced by a rogue replicant, as the one that's in the Arsenal team bears no resemblance to the player of 2007 and gets skinned every single game.

Denilson is fucking hopeless.
