Great game guys, and I look forward to our semi-final ;) My parents (and brother) are Arsenal fans so it'll be interesting!

Heh, I hear that. My Brother, Sister and Father are all Man Utd fans. I will not be at home for either tie I can tell you. Just in case!

I just think we need to be positive rather than too defensive, we need to start the game at 100 miles an hour, not give them any time to settle, get an earlyish goal and have the game won and finished by about 60-70mins.

Edit: sounds like a plan to me

We're a better team than them, have better players, are at home & have the upper hand with the away goal. They are missing their best player. We aren't gonna get a better chance to kill a team off and have the game done and dusted by half time.

With players like Cesc, Nasri, Theo, RVP and Adebayor on the pitch, surely getting at them straight from the off and giving them no time to settle should be too much for them to handle.

Don't really want to blow my own trumpet, but what was it this guy used to say again?

Song had a really good game last night. Funny how not long ago he didn't look like he had any chance of showing any improvment.

A special mention for Gibbs too, for an 18 year old he put in a pretty decent performance last night.

Now, we have to look forward to the Chelsea game on Saturday. I hope Drogba has a stroke before the match.

I was worried after Saturday but yes, he looked OK. Quite confident going forward too. He gets sucked in quite often though and with only Nasri in front of him that left us with quite a gap down the left at times.

Fixed it for you.

I feel like saying he has had a decent first season but then I look at Arshavin who has come in halfway through a season, unfit and costing about the same and he has torn it up and I think maybe Nasri could be doing more.

Yeah, earlier in the season there were often games where Nasri stuck out a mile as our only quality player compared to the likes of Song and Eboue. but now that we have Arshavin, and our other 'stars' back, it is apparent that he still has a lot of improving to do. I'd still say it's a pretty good first season as he is still young, but he might struggle to keep his first team place when we have a fully fit squad. On form it should be Arshavin and Walcott on the wings. ANd if Rosicky ever comes back he'll be fighting for that spot as well, there could be some very healthy competition.

The guys still young and I think he's had a decent first season all things considered. Comparing him to Arshavin is a bit unfair as you could argue he's the finished article.

He's had his moments this season, maybe too few for some but I see a hell of lot of promise in him.

Would be a shame if Song has to play at CB back with Toure, Silvestre moving to LB and Eboue at RB, especially now that Song has turned into a real DCM (well he did last night)

Hopefully Sagna will recover from his belly ache and play at LB on Saturday, even though Gibbs did quite well last night.

Arshavin should come in for Nasri too.
