Arsenal

My feed wasn't the best, I couldn't quite see how and how well he actually struck it. Looked great though. All three goals were good.

It was almost like he guided it into the goal with his heel. On the volley. Amazing goal. The guy just knows how to put the ball in the goal.

Vela's finish was nice too. But of course I had only gone to see Eboue.

Also, Song's best game in an Arsenal shirt, easily. Of course not saying much but credit where it is due he done well.

Just got back from the game - first time I've left the stadium for months feeling happy. Wenger definitely won't start that 11 against Roma, but they did themselves justice today, especially Song! The bloke put in a decent shift, he was winning tackles, breaking down their attacks and even made runs forward, then set up Eboue for a goal. Amazing :(

I can't think of a better finisher in the game. He's tricky round the box too, a very clever player.

They said this on the telly and I was thinking he was shit. He's the most unArsenal like player I can imagine. I'm willing to concede that I'm wrong about his performance today, I think I've got a bee in my bonnet and every little mistake seems massive. And to be fair, he makes lots of mistakes :( .

He set up the last two goals and was generally OK but i'm not sure if I would say he played well, maybe just less shit than usual.

Two assists, can't moan at that.

Anyone else feeling a bit more positive lately? We're hardly setting the world alight but Eduardo, Walcott, Rosicky and Cesc plus Arshavin who looks quality but unfit. Vela too. Not leaking goals quite so dramatically recently. I was thinking today that we might really be on to something. One really good signing over the summer would almost do for me.

Eduardo's finish blew my mind. He's a bit good, isn't he?

So what do you think a fantasy full fit Arsenal team look like? For me Van Persie, Arshavin, Walcott, Nasri, Eduardo and even Vela and Rosicky reads like a dream team of players that all like to play either up front drifting out wide, or on the wing drifting inside. So if they're all fit for the start of next season, who makes the cut? Or am I talking pure fantasy?

Coming back from a near career ending injury and doing that is just incredible. I knew he was going to be good from the little I saw of him last season, but the manner in which he's come back from injury makes me think that he has the makings of a great player. How old is he? 24? 25?

No matter what happens this season, at least we're going to have something to enjoy during the next one.

Even in blurry youtube-o-vision it's superb.

Outrageous finish!

That's just pure class, can't think of another player who would even think of that let alone do it and score. Made it look effortless.

Not sure what Song was playing at today, setting up two goals and even looking half decent. After Bendtner played so well the other day against WBA it's like all our shit players are trying to not be well shit anymore.

Whatever next? Eboue and Diaby playing a blinder against Roma?

I thought Theo (not in the shit category) looked good when he came on, very lively.

I think shit looks less shit when you play WBA and Burnley.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who still winces when he goes into a tackle. The mental strength to come back and basically not look like he's been away is amazing.

It gets better each time I see it. How close did you say you'd like this to the top corner? Oh, and off my heel? With consummate ease, you say? I'll see what I can do :( .

I'm blatantly trying this tomorrow night in 5-a-side. Expect to see a video.

In other news-Chelsea in the (potential) Semi. How we feeling? Does it matter who we get this stage? Also, I reckon a forum Wembley Meet might be in order...

Beat me to it. Could be that Championship teams are about Song/Eboue/Bendtner's level?

Amazing finish from Eduardo. Gets better every time you see it.
