I recon Wenger will drop Nasri to the bench to accommodate him. That way Eboue and Song can keep their places in the team

Seriously, when everyone is fit what where will he play? I realize the odds of everyone being fit are astronomical, but treat this as a theoretical question.

He'll shit himself when he realises that we've only bought him so that we can amputate his legs and graft them onto Broken Tom.

Seriously though, imagine him in midfield with cesc, rosicky, nasri and theo. It's utterly insane but... exciting!

I think he'll start wide right. That's our biggest problem and I think he's played there before. It gives us an option wide left too, bringing Nasri central to create a bit. Or maybe Arshavin central but that's a big ask coming straight into the Prem.

A signing. Praise the fucking Lord.

I'm hoping he's like Hleb but with added goals. I did think he looked tasty against Rangers in the UEFA final, but then it was against Rangers.

Anyone for Alonso in the Summer and a Leauge/UEFA Cup double next year?

Let's not give up just yet, we've got Arshavin now!

Saying that, clearly Wenger won't let him play until March because of match fitness, and then he'll get 4 minutes a game until he's eventually injured in his third appearance.

OK, so when it looked like it had fallen through and I was feeling a bit shit about things I sent an email suggesting they were running the Club into the ground and the stadium would be half empty next season blah blah knee jerk rubbish, not to be taken seriously etc. etc.

So, just got this..

Thank you for your email. Your message has been passed to the Chief

Fixed.

Thank you for your email. Your message has been placed in the appropriate garbage facilitating recepticle.

We're probably going to sell the club at the end of the season anyway.

I'm not a Gooner but I will be really looking forward to see how Arshavin shapes up in the Premiership. One of the more interesting signings in the January transfer window.

Him and Pavlyuchenko were both class in the Euros and with one at Spurs and the other one at Arsenal it will be interesting. I mean, when Rebrov and Schevchenko were at Kiev Spurs bought the wrong one then. At the time there was talk of Rebrov being more dangerous but it turned out to be utter drivel.

Anyone seen Arshavin speak on Sky? - quality.

"I am happy to be here, I became Gooner sometime ago"

His agent was doing a good job of endearing him to the Arsenal fans earlier. He said that once they thought the deal was done last night they both went for a celebratory drink and Andrei wanted to wear his Arsenal shirt all evening.
