Didn't Hargreaves get a goal against you last season :(

A nice one, too :P .

Wasn't that 8 million or so that could have been used for an experienced DM.

I think he might have been free. When we signed him the headline over there was 'Arsenal sign nobody' apparently :( . To be fair, he's been injured  but he is quite highly rated.

They were just talking about that on the Sky sports La Liga thing actually, apparently Yaya has turned Citeh down.

Yeah, I saw that - hell of a goal he scored too, Kolo always said his brother was the better footballer. They then had a montage of Diarras first game for Real in which he looked fucking immense. I did say that we'd him more than he'd miss us. Really careless of Wenger to let two of the worlds best DMs go in the space of six months, we're paying for it this season.

Am I alone in being tempted by going to Cardiff in the cup? My mates are all 'not fucking likely' like a right set of raas.

It's a great city (you lot have been there enough times) and the bad reputation of CCFC fans is misleading.

You've got more than 4000 tickets and it's always a good atmosphere at Ninian Park. It's the last chance you'll get to go before it's knocked down, too.

Yeah, they are being being big girls. Besides, some of my best friends are Welsh so I do have an affinity with that sort. Would like to go to Ninian Park before it gets turned into a Lidl or whatever as well...

He did make one silly fuckup though I seem to recall forcing Casillas into the save. Found it interesting that they were talking about how amazingly frail Real are at the back and that Cassilas' return to form has made a big difference in their recent results. You really wouldn't expect a team who has spent so much money on every aspect of their team to be so vulnerable in that area. Then again both times I've seen Real play this season they've had 3 put past them IIRC.

Anyway, you should try to keep Kolo happy and get his bro in. Guardiola isn't a fan apparently although that performance might change his mind a bit!

It's actually going to be housing – Redrow paid top dollar for the land in more financially secure times. Mugs. New stadium is directly across the road and you'll get the chance to visit it next season in the league.

"We have included more defensive players in the team, which I felt was needed especially away from home.

"However, the other side of that is, inevitably, you create less.

"There is always a balance to be achieved, but I think we are getting it because with just one up front at Villa Park, we scored twice and could have had more."

See I remember from the Villa game that we we nearly conceded five in the first half and gave away a two goal lead!

I'm going to Cardiff. I don't even want to go to fucking home games but my brother convinced me "last chance, new ground soon, standing like the old days, only £22." Fuck it.

You'll love it. You'll be the first away team to fill that terrace since Man City in 1994. Great atmosphere.

As a side note, I fucking hate Martin O'Neil for no other reason than he is a random wanker that leaps around in his tracksuit like a drunken reprobate with Saint Vitus dance.

yeah bet you've seen that quite a few times this season

Arsenal aren't the same as they once were. I really enjoy watching them play, but it seems to have fallen apart. You never see Arsene calm and composed any more and the team are the same.Hes more likely to complain about refs and the other teams being lucky with goals.

Another dire woeful inept shambles of a performance. We were awful but a win is a win, however frustrating it was to watch.

It was the coldest I've been at a game for years but it just goes to show the sort of mugs we have going to the Emirates these days as there was a queue of people waiting to get out at half time! They had to wait for the bemused stewards to open up an exit, something that doesn't traditionally happen until the end

Adebuyor isn't putting in 10% of the effort he did last year - first time I heard cheers for him as he was subbed. It was good to see Eboue having a reasonably solid game - good to see the crowd clap him off too.

Maybe the match was bad because of our opponents? I'd hate to be a Bolton fan, they never go anywhere to play football, they very much live up to their stereotype. The Premier League will be better off the day they get relegated.

They might not be pretty to watch but Bp;ton do what they have to do if they opened up and played football against you they'd be ripped apart.

I saw in The Times this morning that the reason Toure had put a transfer request in was because Galas had said to Wenger the two of them weren't compatible to play together pretty honest of Galas if it true.
