Quite a coup for Burnley to pick up Mark Randall on loan for the rest of the season, doubtless a result of the two cup meetings between the clubs at senior and youth level - now the kids are out of the youth cup I was expecting one or tow more to go out today - maybe Traore. Lansbury has come down with glandular fever so that may have scuppered a move for him.

It's good to get these lads out on loan, randall looks like a very promising player as does most of our youngsters so the more games they can get the better.

I'd be happy with Utd Sp*rs 1-1. At this stage of the season Utd, and us, should really be winning games like this weekends fixtures. Both look tricky on paper but if you want to win the league you've got to be getting 3pts against these average teams.

Yeah, I agree. But you just get the feeling that if one team starts to flop it'll be us. And Chelsea are right behind us too, there's a twist or two yet to be had.

Is it really? I think the jury is still out on Benjani. After all I remember when Stewart, Ricketts, Beattie where in and about the England squad.

That's a really good deal for portsmouth, i don't know if benjani can continue this form whereas Defoe is a class act and we all know that guy is gonna bang in a hell of alot of goals

It looked like it might be a rout but clichy made a silly mistake, to be fair i can't remember him ever putting a foot wrong b4. We need to step up a gear and get a few goals and completely kill them off. Eduardo scored a great goal though i think it was offside.
