shame the 2nd leg is on a school night. cheap tickets, plenty of seats, but the threat of extra time and (going out on) penalties means the boy cant go, and I wont go without him.

but when else will a lowly red member such as myself get to see "Arsenal vs Chelsea"?

1000’s of lowly red members could have seen the 2-2 league match - hundreds of tix on the exchange unsold (including mine)

Bit of a depressing game last night - as that was pretty much our best ‘want to be at the club’  first XI out there

hardly ever in pairs, and the price of the tix? £49? £86?

I used to love block 117, where I used to go with my son before he needed an adult ticket, so much more civilised than the lower tier ‘family’ section which was the most abusive unpleasant bit of the ground I’ve ever sat in, loads of teenage boys trying to prove they are tough, hideous.

we've never done the lower family. He's picked up some choice language in block 96, but his favourite is "donkey" ^_^

We did club level for the emirates cup. £50 a seat (so that's like half the cat C price) , £9 for a hotdog!

Alexis not even travelled with the squad for Bournemouth game, seems we've seen the last of him in an Arsenal shirt

I actually don't blame him for wanting out - he's an amazing player and instead of building a team around him & Ozil he's seen an assortment of shit bought in and the club go backwards.

I get that he's a mercenary (I would be too) - but he seems the sort who does love to play in an attacking exciting team, a proper team around him may have made his decision to wind his contract down a couple of years back a bit tougher.

We probably won't sign anybody but this is a good write up on a name that has been bandied about

This is so frustrating, when a player as good as Sanchez is leaves a club, he has to be replaced as soon as possible.

Sure Arsenal don’t have Champions League football or a chance of winning the league but we should have deep pockets, we have London as a selling point, but we just won’t go out spend the big money needed to compete.

Perhaps Arsene thinks Lemar is still keen to join in the summer?

Didn't you bid 90m for him last summer? Surely you'll be able to stump up the 60-70 that will be demanded by Monaco. That's a start I guess. That's if he isn't pissed at the club losing their two best players.

This Ox lad you sold is isn’t half bad you know.

even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.

maybe we can interest you in one of our quality keepers too, they'd be an upgrade on what you've got.

I wouldn't mind him going to Utd, better than City in my mind. That said with 6m on his contract not like we've ultimately got a massive say in it.

Stories ramping up that we'll bring 3 in, which I doubt highly but would at least be sensible to get them settled this season for next.

Malcolm is young with potential and I have no view of him, other than a few clubs been sniffing round him. Aubamyang sounds like a problem waiting to happen, like the pace but there's a reason he's got to 28-29y old and none of the big clubs ever bit on him, and Mkhitaryan who is coming at low confidence but does seem classy (and he'll have a lovely time in our state of the art rehab/injury centre)
