Coquelin gifting possession to them three times in three minutes. How is this cunt still starting games for us, good god. I am so fucking sick of watching him.

Cunt? He's one of your players.

How has he not sent Can off there?!

I'm glad I don't have to sit near you in a football ground.

Mate if you wanna go on a date with me you can just come out and ask you know, I don't bite. Maybe we could go to an Arsenal game?

Thing is, I called you a self-entitled Arsenal fan the other week and you got a right Wendy on. Thing is, you've proved it with three posts. Self-entitled nonsense. You do play against other teams. This Sanchez dog thing is really unpleasant. Would you say it to his face or are you one of these hand gesture people we see on TV?

"Hand gesture people"? No idea what you're on about, sorry. Complaining about your football team isn't inherently self-entitled is it. Do you even know what that means? Is this going to be a thing with you now where you quote everyone who complains about their manager or a player or a referee and call them self-entitled? If so it sounds like a shit idea to be honest, I reckon you should abort.

Anyway I can get a spare for Lincoln, what time am I picking you up?

I see you didn't respond to the dog nonce thing. Hilarious. You are the worst type of supporter. One that doesn't go and one that is on the internet.

@neoELITE just go away mate. This is the Arsenal thread. You're being a total wanker.

I'm not. I don't like unfair comments in any thread. Saying someone has sex with their pet dogs is out of order.

I go to plenty of games home and away, but ok!

Are you alright? Like genuinely, this is getting really fucking weird now to be honest mate. You don't like Arsenal. We get it. Everyone gets it. You can stop multi-quote trolling and calling everyone "precious" and "self-indulgent" now. It's never had any basis to it apart from your weird preconceptions about the club/fans, and it's really fucking boring at this point.

Calling it to his face or bombarding him on social media would be overstepping the mark. Saying nonce-sense in a completely distanced, partisan message board thread is perhaps the safest option available to vent frustration.

Get this nonce out of our thread changing room.

Sounds like the kind of thing one of the players might have said yesterday.

Club is a fucking mess right now. Sanchez is done it seems, a third of the first team have massively dropped off this season and we've got nothing in place (as far as we can tell) if Weng goes this Summer. Not that he will.

Seems like he's been a bit of a dick (again), some journalists saying he walked out of training and rowed with Wenger and other players, hence him being put on the naughty step.

The thing is his underlying frustrations are valid and I like that he doesn't want to put up with the overly soft culture at the club (contrast this with Özil who cried off sick at the weekend and, we are told, wants Wenger to stay so that he can continue playing a free role that many other coaches would deny him).

But in that case Sanchez should just leave in the summer (which he will). He doesn't need to be a petulant and disruptive influence in the meantime, and if the reports are true then I think Wenger had to drop him really.

Definitely looks like the club are back channeling and briefing favoured journos to get their side of this out before he inevitably leaves in the summer, trying to win over fans that its not just 'give him £300k a week'

No friendlier journo than John Cross to spill the beans to

If true does appear Alexis is unmanageable and not a good influence to have around, Wenger hates conflict too so I suspect he won't be good at solving such issues.

such a shame but know who my money on to still be at club next year out of Wenger/Alexis

Guys, this thread is for Arsenal chat. Fans of other teams are welcome to join in but please be conscious of the fact that the majority of people in here are gooners. Please don't come in here to antagonise or provoke.

Shame about all this Sanchez business. I wonder who it is he is barracking at? But I hope it's either Gabriel or Coquelin. I remember on the Arsecast a while back, someone asked 'Does Alexis like his teammates?' and they all had a bit of a laugh about it, but the question seems to have been eerily prescient.

Saw talk of £30m for Sanchez from Juve, which is just stupid. If the club lets him for anything less than £50m, (maybe even £60m), then they don't know what they're doing. He's probably the most in-demand available player in Europe and with his fitness levels will be good for longer than the usual player.

It's quite sad what's happening at the club TBH. Makes you wonder if we'd just won that Champions League final back when, what fortunes that would've brought to the club.

That certainly wouldve helped i think. Im talk as an outsider, i dont really care about any club i just enjoy discussion. To me it seems like theres a mentality of doing just enough for example finishing 4th and and getting to Europe then failing at the same point almost every year. Qualifying for CL 18 years in a row or however many, is amazing consistency but what has actually been achieved? One year having a peak is better than just going steady every year isnt it? Even if its 20 years of steady.

Exactly, look at the year Chelsea won the CL and finished 6th. They'd won a few EPL titles and spent nearly a billion chasing the CL dream.

Had they not won the CL, and finished 6th and fallen out of Europe, I think their reputation would have taken a hit and they wouldn't have been able to sign the likes of Hazard which then cemented their place as London's top team.

Or maybe they'd have cruised to the title like they did this year. I dunno.

2006-2014 were largely handled incredibly well by Wenger in at times very difficult circumstances. The last three years have not really been good enough though and this season looks like it's going to be the worst yet. Obviously you'd never bet against Spurs doing a Spurs but top 4 doesn't look promising at the moment.

The midfield just doesn't work; Ramsey-Xhaka is the only pairing that's looked even vaguely competent, and it keeps getting disrupted through suspension and injury. That Wenger seemingly went into the season banking on 32-year-old Cazorla with a long-standing Achilles issue staying fit is typical of the sort of stupid gamble he always takes, no matter how many times it bites him in the arse.

How many times against Liverpool did you see players actively choosing not to pass to Coquelin, our deepest midfielder and in theory the platform for building attacks? Giroud was the only person who passed to him more than twice in 45 minutes. That is absolutely insane for a side that allegedly likes to play 'good' football.
