He's got his flaws and is probably waning but for me he's still the best partner we have for Koscielny in most circumstances.

I'd love us to spunk a load of money on Stones to replace him, mind. We won't though as I think that's the slot we have in mind for Chambers, eventually.

Hello all. So, I'm an Arsenal fan. A mate told me in November that he is flying in from L.A. and wanted to see the Leicester game (Feb 14). I asked a friend – he and his dad are Arsenal season ticket holders – that I 100% wanted those match day tickets. Didn't agree a price – this may have been my Achilles' heel. More on that later.

I spoke to him last week and he said he wants £150 for the pair. I think it's outrageous seeing as this is a Category C game (face value £38). He is saying that is the price his dad has asked for them. I think it's profiteering bullshit and lacks serious class, and stems from Leicester doing well in the league.

I could hardly ask him to reduce the price of a Chelsea ticket (Category A) because of how badly they are doing in the Prem this year can I? The categories, I think, are decided at the start of the season.

I'm a bit stuck as my mate is due in from America soon, but I really want to tell my so-called pal to go fuck himself.

What do you think guys?

If only you had posted an hour earlier, i just got three for £150. I can ask about more as i know a few people with season tickets. £50 a head is the going rate, tell your mate to stick it.

God damn it! I have to laugh! I'm after two mate and would throw a drink on top too.

Cheers

Stirling

Ox starting seems a very big call to me today - he's utterly pish in possession and probably gives it away more than anybody else in our team, which would seem to play totally into their counter attacking at speed way of playing.

Shame about Gabriel too - his pace would be preferable for this game than Per's slightly more ponderous ways.

Vardy definitely bought that pen but thats the danger of hanging a leg out in the box like that.

we've not been great but got the short end of both pen shouts here, that one early on the leicester defender definitely moved his arm to block the ball, even if it was hit hard at him close up.

6 minutes ago, Gotters said:

are we really saying its a wrong call on the Vardy pen, its smart, he's bought it, but we'd all be screaming for a pen in the second if the same happens to Alexis or Ox.

It's a dive but I can see why it was given. Should be moot though as not calling the foul on Özil was absurd.
