It probably just comes down, like you say, to which Arsenal turns up. If we are too relaxed or too scared by what is potentially a massive fixture, we'll struggle. We've got the players to beat them quite comfortably I think, but it needs us to be confident about it but not complacent.

No Vinnie K for them is great news, not sure why it has such as effect given that he's still overrated, but it does seem to have a destabilising effect on their spine.

We also need to hope that they come to try and play as if they sit back I'm not sure the likely team tonight are quite proactive enough to break them down.

Basically: no idea. No result would be a surprise.

I like our approach to these bigger games now where we try not to get caught cold and go for it right from the off (unless like against Utd they just let us do with no fight).

I'm totally converted to Ozil, no point pretending he showed this level right from the off but he's clearly one of the best players in the world on current form. Watching him very closely what I find very interesting is how good he is at avoiding being tackled or taking a hit, when you watch for it its amazing for a player in the final third how little he's taken out. He's the opposite of Wilshere who plays footy like rugby and just carries the ball into the contact all the time (and subsequently ends up perma-crocked).

I loved the energy of Campell and Bellerin up the right, his final touch or finishing isn't quite the best but in these big games where you want some work rate Campbell really didn't let the team down with his tireless tracking back, and bombing forward. Monreal also has totally won me over, he's not spectacular but is so solid now.

It's my birthday today, and my wife claims to have sourced tickets for the Leicester match as my present, which is doubly nice as I live next to the Emirates and have never been in.

Hooray!

In title terms, if we repeat what we did away that would be a vast, vast boost.

I fucking hate titles races.
