Really good 45. Comfortable on the ball and confident coming forward. Bellerin and Mertesacker look really solid and Coqielin is shutting everything down.

Coqualin doing a good job for us so far... There's a place in our squad for him definately. The ox has been pretty sloppy so far. Overall we have played very well, I just hope we can keep this up for the whole of the second half. Also that was a pen. It was clumsy from kompany, any fan would be annoyed seeing their player concede a stupid pen like that.

I support Man Utd and I think it was a definite penalty. Kompany is not even trying to play the ball.

Nah, it looked very soft to me.. like he was going down before any contact was made.

I'm clearly old skool in that I think a penalty should only be given if it was unavoidable for the 'fouled' player to carry on with his move.. not this silly jump at a defender and make contact on the way down nonsense.

That was brilliant from back to front. Great team selection & tactics from Wenger in one of these games finally & every player bar Ox was superb. Feels like we've been waiting a long time for a performance like this & it feels great. Made my weekend!

Amazing. And that's three games for Ospina and three clean sheets, I wonder how much calmer it must be as a defender having him behind you rather than Szczesny. It all seems a lot less panic stations.

Worth pointing out now that this game wasn't a poor man city performance but a good arsenal one!

Second half they upped there game and came at us but we stayed solid and the players but their bodies on the line to get blocks and tackles in.

Santi was amazing but le coq and bellerin deserve a mention for putting in a shift and performance in Such a big game!

Love coq (snigger) going mental at the end of the first half when he blocked the cross into the box, also think he went mental at Ramsey at one point telling him to sit and not get caught out of position, but the American commentator could have been wrong as he thought rosicky was on the pitch in the first half.

Must admit that coq has surprised me so far, looks better game by game. We need a player to be disciplined and he's doing just that.
