Looking forward to Steve's breakdown tonight.

I just saw the scoreline & started laughing to myself so here's no point in even being angry about it. I just hope we manage to finish in a respectable position at the end of the season & hang on to our decent players because the likes of Sanchez & Kocielny deserve better than this and they know they can easily jump ship to a top club.

I just want Wenger to fuck off in May and hopefully we can start building something new in the summer and put this farcical mess that Wenger is responsible for behind us.

I'm fed up hearing about injuries though. Every club gets them, but other clubs have enough depth to compensate for a few injuries & suspensions. Our squad is paper thin which is why we have had to use Monreal (who is a terrible footballer) as a centre back. He doesn't even look good when played in position, so he's just a laughable joke when played out of position. The BFG has even said he can't be arsed since winning the world cup, which is nice of him. Might explain why he looks like a giant slow moving fucking idiot when on the pitch. I've seen oil tankers turn faster than him. I don't know what's happened to Ramsey this year, he looks like the Ramsey of old, which isn't a good thing at all.

Chambers though. My word what a player he is going to be. I just hope Wenger doesn't stick around long enough to fuck him up and take the flair and adventure out of his play.

I'm glad people are starting to turn against Wenger, but this should have happened a few years ago. Hopefully some hostility and a few more banners will start to force him out. It's a shame it's come to this, he's just been around too long and his methods and style isn't relevant any more. People's fond memories of his excellent first 10 years at the club are going to be severely tarnished if he carries on much longer.

Fun substitution, there. Wenger figuring that the defence is so shit why even bother having them there.

At least he made a sub outside his usual 66-73 minute window. Maybe he thinks our 'mental strength' wasn't going to be enough to get 4 goals...

those 'fans' abusing them and swearing in his face are bang out of order - you don't get the right to do that just because your team has lost a game of ball.

this just got tweeted by Orbinho and shows how fragile at the back we are 'Saturday was the seventh time that Arsenal have conceded from the first shot on target they've faced in a game in 15 PL matches this season'

lol @ that stat, incredible stuff.

The away fans from my experience are a funny bunch. I'd agree with this from Tim Stillman: "@LittleDutchVA: Been saying for a while that though away support more vocal in support of team, also much, much more volatile on Wenger issue."

That video makes me feel sad, but it's made better by the guy frantically yelling "GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN, JOEL", as if the bloke is somehow too good for Arsenal but he's being held captive or something. And imagine getting that angry about a game of football ffs. What is wrong with these people? How do they handle it if something *genuinely* bad happens to them? They must totally lose their shit.

The away fans are the real fans and shouldn't be compared to the nacho munching red wine sipping part-timers who only turn up for big games at home.

Swearing at another human being like that is completely out of order, but he's never going to resign so you can see why fans are going mental. It's going to get worse too with some demonstrations planned. Wenger can buy himself some time with some immediate wins but he's losing the fans now. Hopefully he will do us all a favour and announce that he will retire at the end of the season, it would take the sting out if what is going to happen if he carries on.

If we had an owner with some ambition and bollocks Wenger would have already been removed by now. That's the sad thing. But the board are happy with this cruise into mediocrity as the balance sheets look good FOR NOW.

I don't know who the answer is. Klopp isn't going to walk away from Dortmund easily but we desperately need someone with experience who can set a team up properly & adapt to circumstances as this attack-attack-attack approach and exposure of our weak defence is pathetic. Whoever the answer is it sure as hell isn't Wenger.

I don’t do all the away games anymore, I just do a few away and all the home games but for over 25 years I did all home and about 80% of away games each season, including Europe. Your whole week is geared to your away trip. The planning, the driving/coach/train/plane trip, sometimes a stay over night and all at your own personal expense. So when you go to so much effort and see your team playing like they don’t give a fuck, then fans go mad. The away bunch are a very different breed to the home lot as I said in my post above. You can’t compare the home-games-only type to the all-games type of supporter.

I remember us losing against Sheffield Weds a many years ago now and we played really poor. The likes of Ian Wright, Bergkamp, Keown etc came over to applaud us at the end but they got hammered by the fans for showing a complete lack of effort, Wrighty even got involved with one fan before being dragged away. When we have lost badly this is just common practise and to be expected. I’ve seen players get hammered dozens of times, so it’s not out of the ordinary to me. If we lose at home the home fans will always clap the players off no matter how shit we are. It’s a completely different mentality & mindset compared to the away hardcore fans.
