Or play Frimpong there. I'm sure he can be converted into a midfield maestro...

I had really high hopes for Frimpong when he first broke thru, he looked like a powerful box to box Essien type, he just needed to stop getting booked, calm down a little and stop all that dench shit.

Having not really seen him since he got sent off at home to Liverpool a while back not sure if he's managed any of that.

I guess he could, if you played Flamini+Frimpong at the base. He's lacking in mobility a bit for that role though probably, and while he's very tidy in possession, he's not the most ambitious passer around.

I think with the players available a 4-4-2 makes most sense, and we have used it in CoC games recently.

Cripes, yeah Theo is having an operation on Wednesday and will be out for a few weeks. This injury list is a bit ridiculous now.

Cazorla was aiming to be back for the Napoli game but Wenger didn't really comment on that. Rosicky should be back by then though, at least. Podolski and Ox still a few weeks away. Fabianski fit for West Brom.

I just don't see Bendtner being any more use than he's ever been. Giroud has shown the attitude it takes to improve, especially once you're in your twenties, and Bendtner has never shown anything like that. I think it's impossible to understate the importance of first team football as well, something he's not forced his coaches to give him. The difference between the two is stark. One deserves to be at Arsenal and the other doesn't. Bendtner will be indifferent and unreliable as he always has been, sadly.

A lot of youngsters in tonight's squad.

Could still start with a decent back 4 and maybe Arteta & Flamini in centre mid and probably Bendtner up front which'll give the team a fairly good spine. Out wide is anyone's guess. Maybe Gnarby and Ryo?

Also, it seems Park is alive and well. He's in the squad too.
