With any luck the media will eviscerate him in the way they didn't have the guts to last week with Bale. Just an unbelievable little cheat. The sooner Liverpool finally come to their senses and get him the fuck out of the country the better. Simply indefensible.

Aside from that we look terrible.

For all of the commentators claiming that Liverpool are playing nice football they've spent most of the half with 10 men behind the ball and lumping it up top for someone to chase. They're also dirty, dirty bastards.

Having said that, we're hopelessly outnumbered in the middle of the park-they've always got men on the wings ready to break and limiting the space and options for our midfield. Needs a change of formation/tactic. If Diaby's fit he needs to come on.

Thanks, language isn't really an issue (I hate most commentary teams in football anyway) as I'm at the computer re-installing everything on our new HDD

That was both quite good to watch and shit. Walcott, Song and Arteta are a mess.

Wasn't a penalty, scientifically proven by the fact Jamie Redknapp said it was.

Like when Ferdinand tackled Suarez in the United/Liverpool game, Neville and Fletcher were basically taking the piss out of him because he was so blinkered.

I can't figure out what actually happened. Arteta ran past Henderson and then just collapsed

Also, now, the penalty doesn't really matter, it was saved. I do think it was a dive (contact came when Suarez was already airborne), but its made no difference to the score line.

Hope Arteta's okay.

The old Sky Sports microscope does appear to show contact on the pen.

He'd gone down before and the leg was pulled away. If someone wants to dive like that there's nothing you can do about it.

Incredibly generous to Henderson I thought. Looked like he barged him to me and he was completely sighted the whole time so I'm not sure how accidental it could have been.

It wasn't an accident, but he clearly didn't mean to knock Arteta out and we got a freekick 3 seconds later anyway. I don't think anything else should have been given, bumping into someone isn't a yellow card.

EDIT: Oh for the sake of fuck.
