Current setup, with only a lowly 360 on show. More consoles to come, natch, once the gf has got over the initial geeky AV setup (I only moved in recently, and she's having problems adjusting  )

Sorry for the poor quality - was quickly taken on camera phone before work.

Is that a speaker in-front of the screen? Doesn't that get in the way at all?

That's the centre speaker, for the 5.1 and no, it doesn't get in the way :o

Why is your screen on the wonk?

It's the Camspy in PD0, that screen. I'll take a proper digicam pic later, with some in-game Lost Planet footage. That should clear things up a bit :)

I think he meant "Why is it not squarely on the table?", but I would hope that's connected to seating position.

Heh, wish I hadn't bothered with this now :o

Is that speaker on the left shielded? Doesn't look like it. Move it before it screws your LCD.

It's set a great many inches back from the screen. You can't tell from the picture because of the perspective, but it is.

Seating position and, Jesus, how anal?! :)

A 360 will be there by the end of this month, hopefully a HD ready TV early next month, if I have enough money left over, if I don't, I'll get this instead which I know I will have enough money left over from after buying a 360 + 2/3 games.

Xbox 360 running through 3m H10 Projector onto 92" Motorised BrightVision Screen.

Sound is through Marantz SR4200 Amp feeding 2 x Mission M50 at the front, 1 x Mission M2SC in the centre, 2 x Mission M2S Satellites at the rear and a Pioneer S-W110S-K sub.

And one taken with the Flash to get an idea of size.

Still need to clip up all the cables and get a bracket for the centre speaker.

Well finally I have my HD TV to go with my 360. Sorry for the size of image but like this it really gives a good sense of how clear the picture is - remember to keep clicking the image to enlarge it ;)

Its the new 40 inch Samsung R74BDX and its blumming aces for HD stuff, with a stunning 360 picture. Haven't tried VGA yet and I'm now looking into proper amp/speakers but very happy with the set. It's sat on a new cabinet from IKEA with the doors put on too. I have tons of other consoles/game stuff but that all over the place atm.. maybe later :)

Ooh, pretty much all of the 360 faceplates looks fucking horrible- but that's pretty cool. Which one is it?

It's a skin, over a new black face plate - over at Decalgirl.com. Most of 'em are shockingly bad, you can design your own, but for a first go I thought I'd try this one. I'm well happy with it although it took a while to 'fit' the skin to the faceplate.

Wide range of consoles from Dreamcast to Panny Q and 40" Samsung LCD.

Nice TV mate  Have you connected it up to your PC yet? and if so what type of lead did you use.. want to do the same on my 40inch Sammy R74.
