Doctor Who

That's a really easy Who question.

Not even a whiff of Cushing, Grant and the impostor who doubled as Hartnell...

I'm sure somebody will be along to blow holes in even those omissions but I didn't claim to be a walking Who encyclopaedia.

EDIT: I know it was strictly a canon question but it could quite easily have been more difficult. I'd expect any average pub quiz team to easily answer the above question.

Yeah, Jack, your brother's rubbish.

I was surprised, though, to find that I could do it. I thought I'd miss out a couple of the earlier ones.

Between us, we've got nearly every Who DVD there is going. I think there's only a couple we're missing... I'll have to take pictures of the stack of them. Yeah, the stack.

COMEDY GOLD!

from Radio Times.Com......

Sadly, there were no preview DVDs of the concluding episode of this two-parter available as Radio Times magazine went to press, so for all I know the Doctor and Rose could end up dead, victims of the 'orrible Ood. But I doubt it, somehow. After all, there are another four episodes to go. What we do know is that Rose battles the Ood while the Doctor finds his beliefs challenged, as the planet is about to fall into the black hole. Oh, and the Beast is on the move.

Funtastic!

Really liked that - and who cares about the Aliens/Doom references? They make the thing all the more enjoyable. As a Who two-parter goes, it did everything brilliantly. The Ood are scarier when running along ventilation shafts...

Next week's is strange because...

...I'm sure I saw a newspaper article which had Peter Kay dolled up in prosthetics like a fat alien.

To Pretentious' comment above

Apparently he turns into the alien, or the alien turns into him or something

Thought that was a great episode, the comments about Rose dying in battle must be a misnomer now that Bille has signed for series 3 because

She was rumoured to be killed off at the end of the season

That was a great fun episode - the only downside for me was Tennant's gurning monologue

Have to agree with this - I'm also starting to become a little disappointed with his performance.

Cool episode - I thought the ending was a little weak though... too big a logical leap for me to believe the Doctor could have figured it out.

Also how did they get the TARDIS back?
