I think they cleverly left it a bit vague - it's possible if you regenerate their way, but still not necessarily if you do it 'naturally'.

Also lots of great lines in that very short episode. Almost poetic in places.

I had my reservations about hurt, seeing it as a way to spite ecclestone, but really this means the doctor will go on for much longer now since he has probably topped up his regen cycle between river song jizzing regen sparkle into him and the sisterhood of karn sorting him out....Wow.

Not the BBC novels. Not yet. I'm still waiting for Fitz, Anji, Sam and Compassion to get namechecked Plus it might get a bit complex with two timewars on the go. Although I think aHistory did a good job of fitting both of them into the same Time War.

Don't forget the Virgin New Adventures too. Bernice, Chris and Roz need to be made official Hell. Bernice needs to be in the series. Someone tell Moffat to get Lisa Bowerman on the phone and get it fucking sorted. Make sure she has a drink and a posh frock.
