what film is that?

The Happiness of the Katikuris

I have not seen it, but I saw the DVD in the shop the other day, with the tag line "The hills are alive with the sound of screaming." I think it's supposed to be like The Sound of Music meets a horror movie. Although I'm not sure if it a serious attempt or a spoof movie.

It's not a parody of The Sound of Music, just the poster. They own a hotel in the mountains and guests keep dying. A friend of mine loves it to death.*

Oh, and Pro Evolution Shopper 4 is tops. :P

*No pun intended.

It's a great black comedy from the mind of Miike Takashi. I really enjoyed it, the musical numbers, the claymation special effects and the storyline is ace.

It really is good! I bought it on a whim for £3 second hand in a Gamestation, and loved it. I normally really, really hate Japanese horror (it just makes me think of this;

)

but "The Happiness of the Katikuris" is ace! Loved the "I love you" song thing when she meets the Captain "Richard" and he's flying around and stuff. Had me in stitches.

You'll have to imagine this cos I can't be arsed.

It's the World of Warcraft box but Warcraft says Carcraft and the elf is replaced by a crappy old banger and the dwarf is jim davidson.

FUNNY. HMM!?
