I know this is slightly off-topic, but just browsing through Google for USB Saturn pads, I came across Sega's officially licensed pads at this page. To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of the Saturn controller design (whichever version it might be); I always find it somewhat uncomfortable and the D-pad especially (and annoyingly) inflexible. But I have to admit that those controllers are stylish...
