Couch Corpse
Yep, level 44 at the moment. This game is all about GT racing.
spaceyjase
Anyone still playing this? ← Yeah, on and off. GT racing here too. I'm not online though.
Sigourney Beaver
I just gave this another go. I just finished all the point to point races and moved on to the circuit races and for some reason the game has allowed me to buy a Ferrari 512 TR and I'm racing against Golfs and 206 type cars. Odd. Badger
I'm still on most nights...it's either this or Halo2. Only got about 3 championships and one endurance race to have 100%'d everything, and I've finally started doing the time trials and autocross.... GwiDan
I want to like this game - I really do. I used to think it was amazing; then I started playing it quite a bit. It's dead inside! The cars have no feedback - you don't feel like you're braking when you pull the left trigger, and you can't estimate how much grip you have left when you're cornering on the edge. The graphics make it very difficult to see the apexes of corners - especially on Silverstone, where you can't see the apex even when your tyres are leaving rubber on it. It has so many amazing features that can really push the racing genre forward - but PGR2 did the actual racing better. And that, surely, is the whole point of a racing game. spaceyjase
I kind of agree there. Certainly as I play Test Drive LeMans and a couple of other racers. It is completly devoid of any life later in the game, right up there with other souless crap like the Rallisport games. But then you say PGR2 is a better racer? WRONGFAX. cubeadvance
It's really good, looks nice, loads of cars, great tracks and a good sense of speed. Unfortunatly, I need to play with someone else watching and talking me through it as a sort of 'life preserver' to the mortal realm or I fear I will slip into a coma I would never leave. El Stevo
Love this game. Shame my Xbox is totally fucked and I'm going to have to replace it.... ← It works on the Xbox360. I love Forza. I find myself playing PGR3 thinking "Ooh, got to tinker with those ratios... oh". Forza is awesome.

Especially taking the first chicane in a fast car, when you have 5 computer cars trying to make the same gap. Rio has similar chicances, but at least you get a little more space around them....
