Can anyone confirm how many players you can have on an Xbox, both for system link and Live?

In answer to my own question:

Those wanting to have a LAN party will have to bring eight Xboxes for eight player racing; there’s no doubling up on Xboxes when using System Link.

well, ive just downloaded a excellent little app that lets you take screenshots of your xbox!

so come on peeps, whos got the best car in FORZA so far? ill start with my humble audi, the first car i bought! now, im off to mod some faster cars!!....

yeh, you need to change a certain setting if it does that, theres a thread about the black screen prob somewhere. just google it!

Also I have just been platying with manual shifting. LOVELY! I feel much more in control!!! Also it works beautifully with shifting on the right thunbstick!

Fucking love this game!

Kudos on the writing on the side of the car. I'm grabbing the Screenshot app now...

The Xbox-Sky thread it says you can't take pics of Halo/Halo 2 for some reason  :lol:

basically, follow the readme file included exactly and youll be fine! took me a couple of attempts to sort the ip settings, but its dead simple once you've done it!

you actually take the screenshot from the pc, with just a click of the mouse!

hmmm, do you change the Dashboard IP within Advanced>Settings on XIG2?

Right now I hit capture and nothing happens or goes into the folder I've designated.

Do you boot debug mode on the xbox then go to your game or something?

Ahh, I can only go off what Google results say; there is an app that does the same thing, opens up a port and grabs the screen buffer for some dumpage. xig2 (running on your PC) grabs said dump and away you go, aye?

I can't register on that site though, that stupid public IP error. I fucking hate that bollocks; I know, let's hide all this crap so nobody can share unless registered, restricting "poor" torrents further... :lol:

*cough* somebody fancy hosting it, PM'ing me an alternative link? *cough*

anyway, heres my first attempt at proper ad hoc writing. Im quite pleased, not neccesarily with the first results, but it has proved to me it can be easily done. There is gonna be a lot of pimping on Live, cant wait to see what some people have! B)

That screen shot app has messed up my Soundtracks big time :lol:

They don't appear at the MS dash now

I've removed EVERYTHING that was installed with the grabber and the Soundtracks are still there in TDATA\fffe0000\music but it can't see them

Any idea how to fix this?

I thought you couldn't do text?

You cant directly, as in you are not given text letters to simply place on your car. But you have lots of shapes given, which can be manipulated a lot through resizing, moving, turning, stetching etc.

Basically a bit of imagination and it is limitless.

That GT 4 is ace by the way B) How long did that take?
