One of the biggest games in 2005, is indeed the Xbox version of Doom 3, and while we do know that we will see a co-op mode and more in the game, many of you were wondering if the recently announced expansion pack of the game will be in the Xbox version. Well, the answer is a resounding Yes, a female employee at Vicarious Visions told us the good news last week. Looks like the Xbox version of Doom 3 will be the greatest version of the best seller.

I wasn't even remotely looking forward to this until I read this!

Both the Doom and Doom 2 single player, deathmatch and co-op. Forget Doom 3 this is where its at <_<

That link's not working for me, what's this expansion pack involve then?

I've heard something about a patch where you can use the torch and weapon at the same time, is it that?

It's not the torch thing, that was unofficial. Maybe newmissions and such, don't know really.

Why would anyone want to play the old Doom(s)?

They were good in their day, but now?

Rubbish.

No way. I still go back to them from time to time. They have something that I think no other game has. I can't quite put my finger on it. Probably a combination of a lot of stuff in just the right amounts. Sure, it looks dated now and doesn't have the same freedom of movement as modern games. But it is great for quick blasts of fun. Or for whiling away a few hours occasionally.
