Edit: I'm thinking of UPS <_< What are DHL like?

They're cunts. They'll charge you the customs charge, plus a tenner on top for 'administration'.

However, when they did this to me a while back, I phoned them up and told them I'd pay them once they sent me a second, itemised bill with a breakdown of exactly what that ten pounds admin fee was for. I never recieved a second bill, and never heard from them again.

Their definity of first batch is very odd. Some people are receiving theirs today whilst others (you and me included) haven't had theirs sent out yet.

Yes, I guess they're counting it as their first batch as they've been sending them out constantly for the last few days, or they've been getting them in constantly for the last few days, or both.

I just got an email saying I'm in the first batch. I ordered on October 30th and was order number 68XX!!!

w00t!

I've not heard from them yet, but I'm pretty close to yourself order-wise, so with a bit of luck I'll hear from them sometime this week :o

(Even if I just miss the first batch, I expect they'll be able to get it out next week :huh: )
