Not having a pop but there is no indication of it getting a 10 there. They're just saying that it has features that make it a great addition to a series, who's first outing happened to get a 10.

That preview will have been written months ago, so it seems fairly unlikely they'd have decided to give it a ten before having played it. They would at least wait for Microsoft's cheque to clear.
