That one was originally bundled with a limited edition of Halo 2 in Japan wasn't it, or as a pre-order incentive or something?

I'm not a massive Halo fan but these kubricks are excellent so I'll be picking up a set from play...

I thought it was a Japan only release, could be wrong mind.

Either way there isn't much difference in the bundle tbh.

They look great in the box all together tho!!

By the way, I asked at the Game on Oxford street and the assistant, after going into the back room to check, said they definately weren't going to open at midnight.

Thats bizarre, Game on st stephens street norwich is doing a midnight opening, yet (what i presume from my viewpoint in the wretched provinces to be) the main branch in our beloved capital is closed.

We are receiving 2 batches of stock. One from Microsoft which contains Standard, Collectors and a very small amount of Legendary. We predict this to arrive Monday. Igor has sourced another batch of Standard and Collectors editions from the EU, we're not sure when this will arrive. It's possible that this batch may arrive earlier.

With regards to Preorder dispatch. All preorders will be dispatched on the day the stock arrives so order shouldn't matter

I'm going to let myself get a little excited about getting it on the Tuesday.

How about this for a turnaround:

I was going to be moving flat on the weekend after the 26th. As I would not have internet immediately in the new place, plus my girlfriend was going to be away with work over the weekend leaving me to do the moving on my own, I sort of gave up on the idea of playing Halo 3 at launch.

Then we found out we didn't have to move! Woo! Plus it means I'm alone and off work from Wednesday until Sunday. Woo hoo! :(

i was going to say that myself. all of them lot actually - krypt, kerraig, yawdib the noob, etc.
