So I get back from a glorious 2-week holiday last night, looking forward to downloading the new episode of CV, when what do I find on my doormat? Wedged firmly within a foot of junkmail was my free 'The Long Good Friday' DVD from Play.com which brought a fairly large grin to my face. Oh, and CV:Type 4 was in there somewhere.

A credit to you all- this was a much better episode than CV3, which was, quite frankly, pretty poor. Legend was hilarious, and it was great to see him back. Maybe introducing another character to speak to the public would be worth thinking about- or is American the only other accent you can do? :angry: I was glad Hitler didn't make a return- he was funny at first, but seemed pointless thereafter. Anyway, the reviews were great- and I agreed with the Riddick review in particular. Many parts had me laughing out loud, which is always a good sign, and it was great to see CV back on top form. Cheers a lot for mailing me a copy :lol:

Eric Clapton is refrred to as SlowHand, because of his playing style.

Good goalkeepers are referred to as 'Safe Hands'.

I may not fully explain myself all the time, but I'm not one for starting shit on purpose in forums. So I'm sorry to Micro for any offense caused.

Anyway, back on the topic of how good CV4 was and how to plan its worldwide domination :ph34r:

I know I said I wasn't a football fan, but I did watch Fantasy Football (comedy is comedy.) Their Phoenix From The Flames section was particularly good and scenes in CV1 (I think) with the guy and the robot, reminded of it. Any plans for more game homages in the future?

Have you seen Mega 64? It's not bad for this sort of thing. Especially considering it's American....
