Woo!

Dunno when my disc copy actually got here, but I found it behind the toaster this afternoon. Not too pleased about that. I could have been watching CVT4, like, yesterday.<_< Cheers for sending me a copy anyway guys. It's very much appreciated.

I thought it was great. I loved the humour in it (the statue of whoever that was, with The Rock's music playing had me in stitches.) and the reviews, especially of Michigan, were very good as per usual. It was one of those reviews that makes you want to go out and buy the game immediately.

Nice to see the return of Legend. The singing thing at the end was very funny, as was John Gacy. And who was that guy who said you should cut out the forum quotes? I've never even seen him on here.

I really liked the first one. Merely because it was a pleasant change. I know it's a long path of improvement, but the last 2 episodes haven't really shown any since the first two. All I'm seeing is more rubbish unfunny gags. The actual game bits remain the best part. And it's still unfriendly to anyone outside of Rllmuk. But yeah, I know - long way to go and all that. Just thought I'd air my views.

IMO 3 is still the best, but every time I watch type 4 it grows on my just that little bit.

I still find myself laughing out-loud when in reply to the screaming kid Legend shouts, "OH BABY" and carries on with the song. :P

And the 'work safe' bit, pure class. Maybe type 4 is the best <_<

Hmm.. I suppose I can see why you'd say that, but I think there's a lot of new members round here who've joined because of CV. Some people will look at it and think "Am I supposed to be watching this? It's for people on that forum, isn't it?" and others will think "Hey cool. I really enjoyed that. Might go check out that rllmuk thing."

If/when CV makes it onto TV, will the forum bits be cut out? I like them, but I don't know what a larger audience, or the people at Channel Four, will think about them.

I imagine they would say "Oh, and we could set up a forum on the CH4 website, and cull little quotes from there- make a little community!"

<_<

Do you think they'd have a voice over at the end of the show?

"If you'd like to learn more about Hitler and male nudity, you can visit our website, at www dot...."

All in a Geordie accent that seems so popular these days.

I'd just like to say that I finally got around to watching 4 last night. It was a huge return to form in my opinion, after the slightly wonky 3.

The sketches were a lot shorter, which is definitely a good thing. The reviews were a really good length too. I think you guys got the mix just about right in this episode.

Yay.

Yup, I heard about CV on Gamecentral, the mag that's on CH4 Teletext.

After downloading the first two episodes and becoming hooked, I decided to register here to get info on future episodes.

And I still think the forum posts aren't shown for long enough. As with the "Bummed in the gob" post, it's relevant to the sketch following it, so it's handy to be able to read it in time!

Really glad I got see CV4, thanks to Soong's hosting! John Gacy is my favourite, but what's the taptaptap thing everyone's talking about? I (wildly) guessed Legend's song halfway through, it was brilliant. The Goro-beating-up had me giggling in tears

I still rate episodes one and two over three and four. The reviews were generally better, with more deep, well thought out analysis and the comedy was also funnier, IMO. My favourite sketches so far are the rich gamer/poor gamer, and the first appearance of Hitler. The way that the Hitler and poor gamer interlinked in episode two when poor gamer found Hitler's discarded Burnout 3 box in a park bin was simple, but very funny. Legend also rules <_<
