Temple of Doom, although a good film, was the weakest of the Indy trilogy.

FACT.

The uncut US version is better. I used to agree, but I'm starting to think Last Crusade was actually the weakest. I hate what they did to Denholm Elliot in it. In Raiders he was quite a sorted guy, very serious and knowledgable. In Last Crusade he was a clueless twat used as comic relief.

I also never understood why they did that to his character.

I can still remember thinking "WTF" at the cinema!
