I liked how after one look at it's obscured design, they let you think it was for anyone other than Mr.Bushido. I mean, it looked like the old samurai battle armor. Who else was it going to be for? :)

How can you hate G Gundam? All the impressions I get from /m/, fanart and official art I see is hilariously awesome. Racial stereotyped Gundams, hotblood, MASTER ASIA...

Okay, i'm being a bit presumptious since I haven't actually watched it, so i'll be able to give a more valid opinion after that. I'll probably watch Turn A Gundam afterwards.

I've been reading it on and off since July, 3 vols left now.

I read all of the manga yesterday, in fact I spent all day doing it :P

I just watched and read Rurouni Kenshin. Will watch OVAs tonight, downloading G Gundam as well. Also, did anyone else think the Haro rolling down the corridor screaming was great in 00 ep9?

The ending to the Kenshin via the OVA's is a fucking disgrace. The ending in the manga is much much better.

Is it really that different? I might look it up if so. I'm a massive Kenshin fan, but I've only seen the anime and OVAs/movie.

Also, I got the full boxset of Robotech from CEX on Friday, £20!

Well for the manga Nobuhiro Watsuki decided to

give Kenshin a happy ending so the manga ends 5 years in the future where he's happy married to Kaoru and has a son with her called Himura Kenji. It ends on a much happier note. The last OVA is far too depressing and just not as satisfying an ending

The best bit was Nina screaming 'You killed my brothers' at Ali, and he's all like 'Yeah, I thought I'd seen you somewhere before'. :lol:

Aye, the vet one amused me, plus the picture's pretty and it's by Production I.G.

The must watch, however, has to be Hetalia Axis Powers - paraphrasing from the image: "a gag story recounting the era between WWI and II, where each country has been anthropomorphised as bishounen; Italy is into girls and pasta, Germany loves potato and sausages, and Japan is an otaku boy."

I don't know if it has been posted, but has anybody else heard about this Ghost in the Shell 2.0?

Basically the 1st movie, but re-engineered with 6.1 audio, Voice actors to re-record their lines, and new CGI....

I'm sorry, but i think it has lost it's charm.
