So far the shows to watch seem to be Druaga, kurenai, Soul Eater, and macross then?

Things to add in when they get subbed: Kaiba for being trippy madness, Library Wars for being supposeddly good and high quality and Kyouran Kazoku Nikii for being fairly decent mad comedy.

The last one I'm still not sure about but I've seen a fair number of people yelling about it.

I've started rewatching Excel Saga (well, one ep so far as the football is on) and it's still as mental as it ever was. How many anime have the main character killed 3 times in less then 3 minutes and the manga author of the series assasinated by the main character (twice) :lol:

Sometimes I think so, but then I go back and watch it again. No, it's absolutely brilliant; superbly crafted, funny and thoroughly entertaining.

Depends on your personal preference really. I didn't find it 'that' amazing either, if you didn't like it after seven episodes it's probably not for you.

The new Geass R2 was expectedly excellent!

Bloody hell, everyone has a Geass now! I'm glad Rollo's been revealed to be a fake, I was really dreading a ret-con or him being an irritating Scrappy Doo figure. The are so many new characters though. I think I'm going to have trouble remembering them all!

Rollo is the new Suzaku, I already hate him. Suzaku himself? He's transcended in hate levels, I depise him to the very core of his being. My eyes were bulging when he did SOME FUCKING NINJA SHIT and somehow dragged Lulu 5000 miles back to Emperor, and somehow defeat Kallen and everyone else. Jesus christ blood was running through my veins....

This isn't healthy....

Also, lol at the massive Kallen fanservice.

edit: Oh, at the beginning it showed us Britannia was essentially America, and actual Britain wasn't in it at all. So now I completely hate them... is there a Code Geass alt history timeline anywhere I can read up on?

I don't really get all the Suzaku hate though, I quite like him. He's a good antagonist.

The rage makes me want to watch it more.

Suzaku won the end of S1, so Lelouche should win their next confrontation... right? Seriously though, him dodging that bullet by millimetres was just painful to watch.

Suzaku's a total dildo. He sold out his friend for a new fucking coat.

But OMG he killed his pinky skank wench!!!1 (Having not seen it and forgetting most of the the finale I can't remember if he even remembers it's his own fucking sister as well). The one good thing is the number of humourous images of Suzaku's mid-air dance move on 4chan. Even better than his wall-run antics from the first season.

I need to calm down. I can't remember the last time I got this angry about something. Not even the fucking awfulness of 25 episodes of Dragonaut.

Lucky Star's for the omgkawaiidesudesu crowd, which means anyone with even a slice of brain in their heads will wonder what the fuck is supposed to be so damn funny.

Whereas Haruhi is actually funny.

And great.

I did like the Lucky Star OP though.

What show is this? I must eagerly avoid it at all costs.

I really like Lucky Star, but I wouldn't bother defending it from any criticism, it's blatantly a bit shit. But maybe that's why I like it. The whole thing is just one giant misfire, nothing actually happens, and when something does, you can see it coming from a mile off, it's basically just hit and miss comedy without the hit, so it misses so much that in the end it loops around and infects your into thinking it's a hit.

(Yes, I do realise almost none of the above makes an ounce of sense. I blame Lucky Star.)
