Just looked at the episode list again to check up on Episode 19... Good Lord... :angry: ...that episode... powerful stuff.

And yeah, personally I preferred NGE, but RahXephon IS similar in some ways.

NGE was flawed greatness. RahXephon is confused blehness. The ending was RUBBISH too. Made NGE's look AMAZING.

Maybe someone should modify the first post to include Meh-approved anime. It'll be a short list, but at least you know it'll be good shit.

Looks like a new Macross series is in the works with news that they've started auditioning for a VA to play the part of the heroine. A new Macross series is always good. :P

If it's as good as Macross Zero (and preferably longer), then I will be a happy man.

Isamu is one of the most legendary characters ever created, and it's got some simply sublime music throughout. It's one of my favourite animes and I never get tired of watching it.

just a shame since only 28 episodes made and the rest is comic? i believe only 20 chapters have been translated and the series finished at 138 or something. A lot of the characters dont appear in the anime one im told..

That's right, it's a bit unfortunate, but we can all hope for a second season! (The ending to the anime was rather...abrupt and left some things unanswered).

After engaging at the ridiculous rate my dvd's begin to corrupt and thus meaning I have to re-aqquire the stuff I wanted to watch all over again, I ended up finishing Welcome to the Nhk. It's a ridiculous series, with some rather depressing and thought provoking moments but it's superbly done. Ending made me smile so it's all good. Mind you, that could be because I liike the sound of the female leads voice though. *cough* :lol:

Infinitely less messed up than the manga though.

(Unlike meh I seem to like everything I find. ^_^ Except Paradise Kiss. That was baaaad)
