I would just like to mention the match where I was 2 - 12 was my first match. My performances did improve although my average is for every frag I get, I die twice. That's not a good average but it's not 2 frags and 12 deaths either. :o

Don't worry, you're still higher in the league than me, I am teh rubbish

And Guru...by looking at the stats, although you were killed by me the most, I killed other people even more. If you can make any sense out of that.

I urge everyone to get their microphones working and speak. I'm the only one who speaks frequently...sorry if I get annoying. :o

And funnily enough, neemo killed me the most in that match. Keep practising!

I have yet to use my microphone. Not even sure if it works. I have the sound coming out through my PCs speakers and it is pretty poor quality in regard to voice comms. I will try my headphones (with built in microphone) later to see if they improve things.

Yes, I agree.

All us lot in one team versus a higher level of bots in ONS, Assault, Invasion, CTF or TDM sounds good. 'Adept' bots seemed good enough to me (well they are actually better than me but I need the practise).

More than enough room.

I've been tweaking the server again.. You can now vote for:

DM - Deathmatch

iDM - Instagib Deathmatch

TDM - Team Deathmatch

iTDM - Instagib Team Deathmatch

CTF - Capture the Flag

iCTF - Instagib Capture the Flag

ONS - Onslaught

ASS - Assault

BR - Bombing Run

LMS - Last Man Standing

INV - Invasion

MUT - Mutant

DOM - Domination

Thats everything apart from vCTF, and there aren't any official maps out for that yet so theres no point. The drop down for map type in the vote screen has a scrollbar. It only shows 8 options but the others are there, you just have to scroll to them.

Oh, and ASS, BR, LMS, INV, MUT and DOM are all set to "No Superweapons" coz thats the only way to make them non-instagib. Due to Epic and Jolt's webadmin being a bit annoying.

I bought this today, so once my graphics card turns up, you can all laugh at how inept I am.

My FPS experience only goes as far as Perfect Dark, so this should be interesting for me.

I'll hopefully see you all on there soon.

Back in the day I loved Perfect Darks multiplayer but UT2k4 is on a whole different level (regardless of PDs age).

If Halo 2's multiplayer is as good as UT2k4s Onslaught mode then the Xbox Live community are in for a treat.

thats pretty much the minimum... if you can get the game on there you could free up some space by deleting levels you're never going to play, if you don't think you'll ever play Bombing Run or Domination for example.

Seriously though, I'd do some more deleting. The game is wicked. (Have you uninstalled the demo for example?)

Phew, just finished playing. That was good stuff. Some of you are clearly pretty damn good at this.

Even those sneaky enough to sit about camping in hidden places. You know campers make baby jesus cry. Just think about that!

But overall fun stuff. I'll definitely be on again, thanks for the server guys.

If I had 10p for everytime you blew me out of the sky from a turret I would have £3.30. :unsure:

Why, the flying leviathan trick of course!

Move a raptor right up next to a leviathan, then deploy it so the 2 vehicles get stuck together. If you then pilot the raptor, you can take the leviathan with you! This also works if you use the manta instead of the raptor.

ah, ill just wait for the next offical patch.

in other new's i unlocked the xan ad malcom models. i beat the game and they didn't unlock, apparently it's a bug. there's a fix out for it.
