That’s the lasting memory of that game for me. I am curious what impact the last decade of boss focused games has had tho.

Given that the Nintendo servers seem to be getting a hammering and it is going to take 12 minutes to download Prime how, whilst Im waiting,  do I get the GB content?

 

EDIT: Just found them in the shop. I will download them and then never play anything on them ever, just like the other virtual consoles that aren't the SNES.

Prime is a very good looking game that scales very well, just look at how it looks under emulation. It looks pretty much the same to me.

Another I played on the GC (and still have around). It was a pretty good JRPG with card-based battle mechanic, as I recall.

I’ve got it and the sequel on GC but never got very fair into it. It does have some of the worst voice acting I’ve ever heard if I’m remembering it correctly.

Aye it's pretty comprehensive from the looks of it. The metals also appear to have different finishes and so on indicating thought beyond a simple HD job. I mean that screenshot with the foliage alone... Holy Moly.

Metroid Prime Remastered also has pointer controls by the looks of it. I enjoyed them in Prime 3 for the Wii.

I actually completed it, which is not something I can say about all JRPGs, although the sticking point is often the interminable final boss - in all his, her, its or their many regenerations into a'final' form.

 

Then again, I also completed Skies of Arcadia on the DC at the time, and that was a bugger.
