There’s a fairly big area to explore at the start of the game, but I always thought it was quite an odd setup as there’s no actual reason to explore the castle. You can spend several minutes running from one section to the other, across several loading screens, but ultimately you’ll end up having a sword fight that could be over in five seconds.

Obscure is fine, but I think it’s best if the chosen game has at least some pick up and play value and is easy to get into.  Otherwise there won’t be many participants in the playing of it.

Ok. I pick The Terminator on Mega Drive then. Mainly because it's a game I bought a while back and have never sat down and played properly. I understand it's supposed to be pretty good but the only time I played it I wasn't able to get beyond the first few screens!

Did it get any other ports or is it MD only?

I believe its MD only.

There is.  Think I’ve got it somewhere. May even have the Game Gear one too.  But definitely don’t have the MD one so I’ll be emulating that.

@loathsomeleopardcheers for this one.  I quite enjoyed it, although I haven’t received the sequel yet - it’s taking ages to get here.  An Amazon rabbit hole also got me to pick up Crisis Beat and Ergheiz.
