My method was:

 

1. Got the top word.

2. Swapped the two yellows in the middle horizonal row - the one moving to the left turned green.

3. Then the word in the left column was obvious.

 

After that, all the most obvious moves were enough to complete it in time for 5 stars.

Spoiler

The L is the only unique letter, so working out the word at the bottom got me started. From there it was a case of spotting a couple of safe doubles, meaning working out all words was necessary. Still left me with 12 moves and no unique letters or doubles to work with but once the left hand word was completed, that left  the remaining I and the A as unique letters, and it was plain sailing from there.
