This is much easier working out the words in advance as you can see double green swaps quickly. I'm discovering different combinations of swaps too.

This might be obvious to others, but I found two pairs of letters that were not a direct green swap, but got me two greens and two yellows. The yellows then swapped to two greens. So it took 3 swaps to get 4 greens, rather than 4 as it would normally take me.

I'd caution against looking for moves like that. Often they pan out, but occasionally you're moving away from swaps that you just haven't seen yet. Of course, that can only happen if the letters aren't unique, but then if they are, you can move them freely without worrying about what happens next.
