It's like that itch you get up your bum after doing a mildly wet fart. You know you need to itch it but you also know your fingers will stink after you do so. But you do it anyway. Then smell your fingers.

 

And you swear youl never ever do it again. Then next week you do it again.

 

That is me. Buying cod every year.

Re use of character names but different stories/levels, so more of a reboot than a remake.

you’re best off with the remasters of the original two they did a while back. They were originally bundled with other games as a bonus but I think they got a general release later

It's pretty clear they're leaning much more into the later day changes they made to Modern Warfare 2019 rather than the genuinely great original build. Everything feels really run and gun and there's basically no tactics to anything. Glad I played the Beta to put me off of buying the full release but it's a shame we can't get DEM GUNZ in a game that isn't just the same sprinting in circles pulling off headshots bullshit that we've been playing for fifteen years.

I quite enjoyed what I played in the beta - it feels slower (a good thing). Visually its not up to Vanguard though, but there is still time

 

There is still plenty of time to fuck this up before release - depends on how "feedback" turns this into everything that is wrong with COD today

Indeed, at the moment it feels isolated and self contained, but once the "community" starts pissing on it, and the Warzone integration pollutes it, it'll be worse overall. Give it 6 months after launch and you'll be fighting against avatar Kayne Wests, Laurel and Hardys and Dustin Hoffmans

I don't normally buy skins, but I will be buying the Bergerac ones. Charlie Hungerford looks sick bro.
