Tinykin - 3D platforming with a soul

Never heard of it but started this yesterday based on this thread. As has been said there's next to no challenge but it's relaxing and oddly satisfying to just hoover up all the collectibles. 

 

Finished it today as well as the last of the achievements. 

 

The story is utter bobbins. I'm assuming something has been lost in translation. Anyways, wasn't playing for the story. Shame the objectives didn't have more variety, but overall it was perfect material to turn my brain off and go into autopilot which sometimes is all you need.

I had no idea there was a story, I just click on A to bypass anything spoken    

 

I am on the area with the asteroids, I need three more red Tinykin to be able to blow up the one in the middle.   Been wandering around for ages and just cant find them  😕

My last 3 tinykin to find in the game were red ones in that level, maybe it's the same ones. On the room floor, check the rooms made of lego/duplo bricks where you enter the level.

What an absolutely corking little game

I was very charmed by the demo. Exploring the environments is a total delight. It’s not the greatest platformer in the world from a “technical” perspective but it makes every effort to be forgiving and user-friendly which is the right choice in this context.

There are three on the wing of the rocketship that are easy to mess due to being a very similar colour.

 

I've either all the pollen or one or two bits from most levels, but I'm clearly missing something massive from the City of Sanctar, roughly 150 missing but I've completed everything else in the level.

I got credits on this yesterday. 
 

Lovely little game. Nothing earth shattering but just pleasant and satisfying without any of the frustration you get in a lot of platformers. 
 

Really liked the fact there were no enemies to worry about. 
 

Not sure I can be bothered to 100% it, although I did get all the artifacts on each level. Just missing pollen, tinykin and one bubble.

What a great little game. Managed to collect everything on every level so far. It’s nice to be able to just explore and collect things whilst enjoying some fairly simple platforming. Great level designs that lead you round without too much grey matter needed. Recommend/10.

This feels so petty. I like the game, but the game character’s sprite constantly looking out at me is so irritating.

They actually joke about that in the game. Didn’t bother me at all.
