I'm sure one day money will swamp in and ruin it but it looks way more fun and inclusive following the womens game with a daughter than the traditional mens game nowadays.  Looks like you two are having the time of your lives!

We get to a few of the London teams' 'showcase' matches, where a couple of times a season (e.g. season opener or a derby) they'll play at the men's stadium. It's great fun, cheap, often has events going on before the match, and there's usually some decent football too! Highly recommended.

Quote

All Juventus board members, including President Andrea Agnelli, have resigned ahead of an extraordinary assembly, reports Romeo Agresti.

The Bianconeri registered a record loss of €254.3m for 2021-22 and their shareholders’ meeting that should have taken place on November 23 was postponed to December 27 last week.

Goal.com’s Romeo Agresti broke the news that all the board members at the club, including President Andrea Agnelli, have resigned ahead of an extraordinary meeting.

It’s been confirmed by Sky Sport Italia and Rai. Juventus have not confirmed the news directly

Juventus are about to get busted for dodgy accounting,

FA Cup third round draw.  Turns out Unai Emery is such a good manager he’s even managed to avoid Villa getting drawn away at Old Trafford for the first time in about fifteen years.

Manchester City vs Chelsea is there for the TV companies to fight over.  Cardiff vs Leeds feels like one where the police might be busy.  70E1490B-6814-42F5-9314-455A7752E67D.thumb.jpeg.8a3a1bbb0135ae2d20cfe16da009e218.jpeg

Cardiff Leeds will kick-off around 7am on a Thursday.

Man United’s and Liverpool’s games will probably get picked because TV companies will want the easy ratings. Oxford United Arsenal at least looks like a proper FA Cup tie.

For completion's sake, the equivalent draw for the Scottish Cup was made too and there's a few interesting ones.

Alloa Athletic v Falkirk

Arbroath v Motherwell

Celtic v Morton

Cove Rangers v Ayr

Darvel v Aberdeen

Dundee United v University of Stirling

Elgin City v Drumchapel United

Hamilton v Ross County

Hibs v Hearts

Inverness v Queen's Park

Kilmarnock v Dumbarton

Linlithgow Rose v Raith Rovers

Partick Thistle v Dunfermline

St Johnstone v Rangers

St Mirren v Dundee

Stenhousemuir v Livingston

Rangers actually got a stinking draw, Edinburgh derby will be good.

Darvel Vs Aberdeen will be fun if Darvel can play at their own ground (hopefully not moved to Kilmarnock). 7th tier Drumchapel will fancy their chances against Elgin I think as they've already beaten a team from a higher division than them.

Man, that fucking Ronaldo deal. They never should have done it, he was always the wrong player for the team at the wrong time in his career for far, far too much money. His presence in the team bit them in the butt on the pitch and now the money needed to do it is going to bite them in it again.

This is now any club he ends up at.

I think Disney have somehow influenced the draw.

Coventry is a city that betters Wrexham for being a place where people live.

I hope the episode includes getting Reynolds to drive around the one way system.

Coventry doesn’t have a one way system. Are you thinking of the ring road? That does shit people up the first time they use it.

Yes apologies. The ring road. What monster put that to concrete. We built the pyramids and put man on the moon, and then someone does this? Abhorrent.

I've driven to Cov once, and that ring road can fuck right off! It was more harrowing than the 1,200 mile, solo trip from Ipswich to Ibiza, worst road in the country!!
