We get to a few of the London teams' 'showcase' matches, where a couple of times a season (e.g. season opener or a derby) they'll play at the men's stadium. It's great fun, cheap, often has events going on before the match, and there's usually some decent football too! Highly recommended.

FA Cup third round draw.  Turns out Unai Emery is such a good manager he’s even managed to avoid Villa getting drawn away at Old Trafford for the first time in about fifteen years.

 

Manchester City vs Chelsea is there for the TV companies to fight over.  Cardiff vs Leeds feels like one where the police might be busy.

Cardiff Leeds will kick-off around 7am on a Thursday.

 

Man United’s and Liverpool’s games will probably get picked because TV companies will want the easy ratings. Oxford United Arsenal at least looks like a proper FA Cup tie.

Rangers actually got a stinking draw, Edinburgh derby will be good.

 

Darvel Vs Aberdeen will be fun if Darvel can play at their own ground (hopefully not moved to Kilmarnock). 7th tier Drumchapel will fancy their chances against Elgin I think as they've already beaten a team from a higher division than them.

Coventry doesn’t have a one way system. Are you thinking of the ring road? That does shit people up the first time they use it.

The sixties were unkind to the West Midlands, however you will be spared the Spinal Tap style montage as the Coventry Arena is so close to the M6 you can actually see it from the carriageway.  It’s two minutes drive on a perfectly straight road from junction 3.

I've driven to Cov once, and that ring road can fuck right off! It was more harrowing than the 1,200 mile, solo trip from Ipswich to Ibiza, worst road in the country!!
