At first glance, I thought it might be Sicario with the colour, but then I saw it was an old car. The "Time Zone" and the dry river location reminded me of a clip of the worst CGI car crash.

 

And it was!

Actually that logic is actually very satisfactory, and that car crash is still so unbelievably bad I can't believe they went with it. When was cgi needed for simple car crashes.

 

Roger Deakins was the cinematographer on that film! And starred the weasly one from Mad Men in the only film i've seen him in.
