Was so sure frame 2 was Booksmart, it didn't come up but tried it anyway. 

 

 

I was going to guess that film for #2 as well, but because it didn't come up in the prompts list (with or without a space), I went for something else, which turned out to be right.

Oh picture one is LOOKING DOWN? I thought it was a room from a sci-fi film…

 

 

I had a similar thought process when I saw that first picture:

My first assumption was that it was horizontal: Dave floating in to unplug HAL in 2001, or a shot of a wide area inside the air vents in Alien.

 

Then I realised it was a shot between buildings and I thought of Trinity jumping the road in The Matrix... clearly it wasn't that, but could it have been Dark City?

 

But no, there was an older film that's famous for shots like that, which turned out to be right.
